CANCELLATION POLICY

At EinayaCollection, we understand that customers may sometimes need to change their minds after placing an order. To ensure smooth and timely order processing, we offer a limited cancellation window.

1. CANCELLATION WINDOW

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours from the time the order is placed.

After 24 hours, the order will be considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled.

Customers are advised to submit their cancellation request as soon as possible.

2. HOW TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER

To request cancellation within the 24-hour cancellation window, contact our customer support team with:

- Order Number - Customer Name - Registered Mobile Number or Email Address - Reason for Cancellation, if applicable

3. AFTER 24 HOURS

Cancellation requests received after 24 hours from the time of order placement will not be accepted, even if the order has not yet been shipped.

Once the 24-hour period has expired, the order cannot be cancelled through our cancellation process.

If the order has already been shipped, any applicable return or refund request will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

4. PREPAID ORDERS

If a cancellation request is successfully approved within the 24-hour cancellation period, the applicable refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

The time required for the refund to reflect in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.

5. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS

COD orders may also be cancelled within 24 hours from the time the order is placed.

After 24 hours, cancellation will not be accepted.

Repeated cancellations, refusal of delivery or misuse of COD services may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

6. CANCELLATION BY EINAYACOLLECTION

EinayaCollection reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:

- Product unavailability - Incorrect or incomplete information - Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions - Pricing or technical errors - Shipping restrictions or serviceability issues - Violation of our policies - Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If a prepaid order is cancelled by EinayaCollection and a refund is applicable, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

7. CONFIRMATION OF CANCELLATION

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically mean that the order has been cancelled.

Your order will be considered cancelled only after EinayaCollection confirms the cancellation.

8. IMPORTANT

The 24-hour cancellation period is calculated from the date and time at which the order is successfully placed.

For example, if an order is placed at 2:00 PM on Monday, the cancellation request must be received by 2:00 PM on Tuesday.

Requests received after the 24-hour period will not be eligible for cancellation.
