EinayaCollection – Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At EinayaCollection, your shopping experience is our priority. Every outfit is crafted with care, and we want you to feel confident while shopping with us. Please read the policy below before placing an order.

1. Return / Exchange Window (India Only)

  • We offer a 7-day return / exchange period for customers in India.
  • The request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Return / Exchange

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • Returns / exchanges are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong SKU, wrong color, or wrong product).
  • Please provide clear photos or a short video showing the issue when raising the request.

3. Don’t Like the Product?

We understand that sometimes a product may not match your expectation. Don’t worry — your money is safe with us.

  • If you don’t like the product, you can request an exchange or receive a store credit valid for 120 days.
  • Cash or bank refunds are not provided for "change of mind" cases.
  • Store credit can be used for any future purchase on our website within 120 days.

4. Exchange Policy (India Only)

  • One-time exchange is allowed per order.
  • Customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit.
  • Store credit validity: 120 days from issue date.

5. Refunds (Exceptional Cases)

  • We do not provide direct cash refunds except in rare situations (for example, when replacement is not possible and management approves a refund).
  • If a cash refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method.

6. International Orders

  • For international customers, orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to customs and logistics.
  • All international orders are prepaid only. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

7. Clearance / Sale Items

  • Items purchased under sale, clearance, or discounted offers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless damaged or defective on arrival.

8. Minor Imperfections

  • Designer and handcrafted garments may have minor variations such as loose threads, slight embroidery differences, or tiny color variations. These are normal and not considered defects.
